Meet Our Doctors
SDOrthodontics is a family-owned orthodontic practice led by Dr. Samuel “Sam” Demirdji and Dr. Marianne Demirdji. At our Glendale, CA and Highland, CA offices, both doctors stay directly involved throughout diagnosis, treatment planning, progress visits, adjustments, and finishing details.
Together, Dr. Sam and Dr. Marianne provide individualized orthodontic care for children, teens, and adults using metal braces, clear ceramic braces, Spark Aligners, Angel Aligners, early treatment, and coordinated care for complex bite and alignment needs.

Dr. Samuel Demirdji, DDS, MS, PhD
Owner, Orthodontist
Dr. Samuel “Sam” Demirdji has more than 25 years of orthodontic experience and founded SDOrthodontics to provide personal, doctor-led care for families in Glendale and Highland. He completed his dental and orthodontic training at Loma Linda University and also holds a PhD in organic chemistry.
Dr. Sam has taught at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and remains directly involved in diagnosis, treatment planning, progress visits, adjustments, and finishing details. He treats children, teens, and adults with metal braces, clear ceramic braces, and clear aligners, including complex bite and alignment concerns.

Dr. Marianne Demirdji, DDS, MS
Co-Owner, Orthodontist
Dr. Marianne Demirdji brings nearly 10 years of orthodontic experience to SDOrthodontics. Her education includes Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and orthodontic training at UCSF, where she earned a master’s degree in oral and craniofacial biology.
Dr. Marianne has taught at UCLA and provides hands-on orthodontic care for children, teens, and adults in Glendale and Highland. She works closely with patients and families to explain treatment choices and develop individualized plans using braces, Spark Aligners, Angel Aligners, early treatment, and adult orthodontics.
